Join us on Monday, Feb. 10th, for our first Spatial Stories Seminar of the Spring 2025 Semester, The Power of Maps.

In this seminar, Dr. Gifford will discuss the importance of a geographic lens for studying global carbon and climate change issues, and the impact that a map creator's perspective can have on perception and policy. Presented by Dr. Lauren Gifford, Human-Environment Geographer and Director of the Soil Carbon Institute, focusing on climate and carbon governance.

Attend in person in MSNR (Natural Resources Bldg) Rm. 142, with snacks! Or attend remotely via this Teams meeting.
