General Policies:
- Only CSU staff and faculty can book meeting rooms 110A, 110Q & 172.
Meeting rooms are not available to students for reservation. Students are welcome to reserve group study rooms.
How to Book a Meeting Room:
- Select a green box for the time and space you would like to book. Each box is 30 minutes.
- To reserve more than 30 minutes, select the first box and then scroll down. You will see a drop down menu to select your ending time.
- Submit your time.
- You will receive an email verifying your reservation.
Technology:

Meeting rooms include a large display screen. You can use screen casting to mirror displays from laptops and phones. To use the display, see our AirServer instructions.

These rooms aren't well-suited for hybrid meetings. For hybrid meetings, we encourage you to schedule rooms in the Lory Student Center, since they provide technical support.

Room 172 does not have a display monitor at this time. Please check out a projector at the Library Services Desk if you need to display.
- A Mobile Laptop Cart (contains 20 laptops) can be reserved in advance for check-out from the Library Services Desk.
Capacity:
- Meeting room 110A seats 15 people.
- Meeeting room 110Q seats 10 people.
- Meeting room 172 seats 10 people.
