Instructions

• Click on a green box for the time and space you would like to reserve.
• To reserve more than 30 minutes, click on additional boxes OR use the down arrow on the first reservation in the grey box below the calendar.
• To find your group, click on "View Confirmed Bookings" at top right

Video Editing Rooms

These editing rooms are available to edit existing videos and have:

• Mac Pro desktop computer
• Dual 26-inch Samsung monitors
• Speakers
• Microphone
• Software

Reservation Policy

• Rooms can be reserved by CSU students, faculty and staff.
• Rooms are reservable only for video production activity for up to 3 hours per day.
• Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
• If the user or group is 15 minutes late, this forfeits the entire reservation of the room.

Check in at the Help Desk at your scheduled time.  We will let you into the room.
